Return & Refund Policy

We ensure all our products pass strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ve got you covered.

✅ Eligible for Return / Replacement

  • Only if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (clear images & videos of the issue).

❌ Not Eligible for Return / Replacement

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
  • Change of mind or dislike of fragrance.

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Attached images and videos showing the defect

Once verified, our team will process a replacement or refund within 4–6 working days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
